Refund Policy

At Khushi Kart, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our refund policy before placing an order:

  • Orders cancelled after payment will incur a 6% processing fee, which will be deducted from the order amount. The balance amount will be credited back to your account within 7–10 working days.

  • Since most of our products are personalized/customized, refunds are not applicable once the production process has started or after the product has been shipped.

You Agree and Confirm

  • Customers must ensure the accuracy of delivery details (name, address, and contact number) while placing an order. Any errors leading to return or re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

  • For damage or missing product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with us on WhatsApp 8770467707 or via email at support@khushikart.in.

  • Please note: Khushi Kart is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.


Complaints Regarding Products

We are committed to resolving product-related concerns with utmost priority.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Replacement processing may take 10–15 business days.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, tampered with, or returned with damaged packaging.
