Refund Policy
At Khushi Kart, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our refund policy before placing an order:
Orders cancelled after payment will incur a 6% processing fee, which will be deducted from the order amount. The balance amount will be credited back to your account within 7–10 working days.
Since most of our products are personalized/customized, refunds are not applicable once the production process has started or after the product has been shipped.

You Agree and Confirm
Customers must ensure the accuracy of delivery details (name, address, and contact number) while placing an order. Any errors leading to return or re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
For damage or missing product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with us on WhatsApp 8770467707 or via email at support@khushikart.in.
Please note: Khushi Kart is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.
Complaints Regarding Products
We are committed to resolving product-related concerns with utmost priority.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Replacement processing may take 10–15 business days.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, tampered with, or returned with damaged packaging.
