2. Change Billing/Shipping Details

For customized products, high-quality photographs are required to ensure the best printing and finishing results. Customers are requested to carefully follow the image upload guidelines mentioned in the product description. Please note that we cannot provide individual notifications for unsuitable images; adherence to the given instructions is mandatory.

4. Product Add-ons

Prices displayed on the website may differ from those printed on the product due to processing and shipping considerations. Add-on items are limited to a default quantity of one per order. Product images displayed are for illustration purposes only. If an add-on item is damaged in transit, it will be replaced or refunded according to our policy.

5. Complaints Regarding Products

• Replacement processing may take 10-15 business days.

• Returns are not applicable for tampered, used, or damaged packaging products.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing product claims.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled after payment will incur a 10% processing fee.

• Personalized/customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started or after shipment.

• Since production usually begins within hours of order placement, we recommend immediate cancellation requests (if required).
